Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Jayde & Co. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached (if applicable). Please include your order number inside the package to help us process your return smoothly.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit to your account that you can use anytime.

Please note that Jayde & Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees when sending items back to us.

At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment — store credit only.


Need to Edit Your Order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at Jaydeandco13@gmail.com within 2 business hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order begins processing, we may not be able to make changes.

Please note: We are unable to add items to an order after it has been placed, so be sure to double-check your cart before checking out. We do our best to ship orders out quickly, which means we have a limited window to make adjustments.
